FIELD TECHNICIAN FOR CUSTOMER IN MALMÖ

We are looking for more field technicians with knowledge and experience in electrical power for one of our client companies in Malmö, preferably as traveling technicians in the field.

The position is traveling, and you will be out from Monday to Thursday every week. You work in a team and have competent colleagues by your side. To thrive in the role, you are used to being out and can quickly adapt to new customer environments as well as colleagues/partners. The role primarily includes:

• Operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical networks low-, medium-, and high voltage

• Work with substations, relay protection, and transformers

• Emergency responses during power outages or other disturbances

• Measurements, testing, and documentation

• Service and maintenance as well as upgrading and supplementing both hardware and software

The work often takes place outdoors, sometimes at heights, and may involve on-call duty.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education in electrical engineering or electrical power

• Vocational training in electrical power (highly desirable)

• Driving license B

• Experience traveling and enjoys working in a team

• Interest and deeper knowledge in electricity, power, or equivalent, preferably in the field

• Worked as a technician or service technician and is used to handling service, repairs, and troubleshooting at a more advanced level

• Curious about both hardware and software and constantly strives to stay updated with the latest technologies

• Ability to start from the factory in Malmö when required

As a person, you are practical and solution-oriented and are meticulous with a high safety mindset. You enjoy being outdoors and can handle both warm and cold days in the field. Furthermore, you have a high work capacity, are used to adapting quickly, and have the ability to prioritize the right task at the right time.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as a field technician is long-term and begins with a six-month employment via Eterni. The ambition is for the position to transition to a permanent position after six months of assignment.
